This meditation has changed my life. Thank you. I am open to suggestions. My root and sacral are pretty open compared to the other chakras. Solar plexus and heart need the most work. Heart is the most blocked. Feeling love has become foreign to me. I’m delving into a TM course also to go deeper within my mind and body. Chronic pain I have might be trauma related. Blessings. ✨🙏🏻
