I love love love your work! I'm deeply grateful. You are my main and almost sole source of guided breathing currently and it brings a great strengths to my system.

One perspective I would like to offer is that the music in most/all videos is very loud compared to your voices which takes away the guidance a bit as it is harder to focus and follow and melt with your guidance. I get distracted by it and especially with the sleep guidance here I get really anxious/nervous because of the "upbeat" and rather loud background music compared to your voices. You probably have reasonable thoughts and intentions on why you did it the way you did but I thought it might be helpful to get some subjective feedback.. If it doesn't resonate of course just ignore :-)

I find the music very loud compared to the voice and rather irritating overall

The music is way to prominent and the narrator is really hard to hear. There was nothing relaxing about this.
