You have a lovely calming voice but When you say “breath in through the mouth” and “breath out through the mouth” it adds around 4seconds to holds which I found stressful. Maybe better to say just “in” and “out” and “hold”

i have seen this exercise before and always it seems to slow for me. i can't keep this phases so long. Is it ok to count faster at the beggining of practice?

I personally don’t like the holds. They feel unnatural and forced. I do a brief pause before inhaling or exhaling.
