Thanks for replying to my comment below. This shows you care and are interested in helping. I noticed that your lifts with the rare-back motion hits the shoulders in a different angle which I can see how great it will be. Several of your lifts includes this action. The first exercise seems to hit most all the groups plus the others appears to isolate with focal points on the individual groups, Perfect! Tomorrow is my Shoulder day and I'm very confident in your teachings to be the best. The only problem I see, is the fact that I'll have to buy larger and wider shirts now. Thanks again. I'm glad I subscribed and am anxious to see more programs.
