About this 40 Min Energizing Vinyasa Yoga Class
Better than coffee! This class will energize your body and mind with 40 minutes of vinyasa yoga. It’s a full-body yoga flow where we’ll focus on building strength (with a little PNF), improving balance (with fun tree and warrior variations), and enhancing flexibility (of course). We’ll finish with energizing pranayama to leave you feeling awesome and ready for ANYTHING.
📣 Fun thing!! I recently learned about a NEW yoga pose: Warrior Advance.
We'll do Warrior Advance + its special transition in this class. Fun fun!
Benefits of this class:
- Increase energy levels and mental clarity
- Build strength in your core, legs, and upper body
- Enhance flexibility and range of motion
- Boost focus and reduce stress through mindful movement
I'd say this is more of an intermediate yoga class, but you know me, I will encourage anyone who is familiar on their mat (yes, beginner yogis) to join and play with this vinyasa flow.
