This intermediate vinyasa yoga flow includes a full body stretch and strengthen sequence to help bring you energy to begin your day.
We'll begin with a quick warm-up, then move to a standing sequence with core work, twists, balancing postures and backbends. Practice in the morning or whenever you need an energy boost!

Another lovely practice. I notice that you sometimes start sequences on the left side. Most people seem to start on the right. Always starting on one side means your energy is always a little drained by the time you get to the other side. I appreciate the fact that your practices switch things up and help me stay balanced. Thank you!

so i choose something a little harder bc i really try to imrove myself. took a little break in the middle, i was shaky during all of the warrior poses and got confused and made many mistaked but hey, we still finished. I am proud of myself, i've come a long way since last year <3

I usually never have patience for online yoga classes that are longer than 15 minutes, but with your classes I lose track of time! Now I just click without caring how long it is, knowing I will be swept into a blissful flow where time does not matter

260822 Sat down on my mat this morning feeling particularly stiff. This practice hit and loosened all the tightness & stiffness. Wonderful gentle flow with really lovely smooth transitions. Exactly what I needed. Thank you so much. Namaste.

حبيت🤸‍♀️✨️😍 ممتع وكل مره ادخل عشوائي اي مقطع يوغا للمدربة جيسيكا حتى إذا كان مستواه عالي او متوسط واحس أغلب مقاطع الدروس حقتها الي شفتها للآن سهل ومتوسط بعض الحركات ما اتقن واتعرقص ما أجر اشوفه يوريني مدى المرونة والتوازن الي وصلت له✨️ شكرا المدربة جيسيكا🙏🏻

I stopped doing yoga from last October. Before that I used to do daily.

Now my life is kind of mess. I wanted to do again from today. So I did.

It is like I'm back to square 1. But I will try to continue for rest of my life. Happy new year.
