At my in-laws side, mostly leafy vegetables sabzi, chapati, dal rice is eaten at night. This was an eye opener ! And I was always wondering why I had this constipation issue even after eating home made food.

Hey Vivek. Great video. Just wanted to double check on the point where we should drink very hot water. As per my knowledge drinking hot water causes dryness in the body and should be avoided. Lukewarm water should be fine.

Wow just proud of our Indian knowledge . I told my grandpa that fittuber has advised to not have any fruit after meal but he told a proverb in Kannada (ಹಸಿದು ಹಲಸಿನ ಹಣ್ಣು ತಿನ್ನು, ಉಂಡು ಮಾವಿನ ಹಣ್ಣು ತಿನ್ನು) means eat jackfruit when you're hungry and eat mango when u are full. Really knowledge was just a part of everyday life
