Did this as a quick HIIT before weight training...made me realise how far I've come as didn't realise it was a beginner HIIT before I started, did it anyway and found it super easy. This time last year I would have found that so hard !! #motivation #gettingthereslowly

Thank you for these low impact workouts. My knee is busted, but I have at least 80 lbs to lose and I HAVE to workout...doctor's orders. After I stopped doing high intensity workouts I gained 50 lbs so I hoped to find something similar, but gentler on the knees so thank you!

I really enjoyed this workout. The only substitution I made was chest-to-floor burpees instead of the slow-mo version. But the workout overall was a great choice for me today as I'm a bit tired and my knees are a bit stiff from some trail runs I did the previous week. So this is was great; I feel energised and uplifted by I haven't worsened or injured my knees. ....I'm on a virtual tour of The BodyCoach back-catalogue since the livestream PE With Joe sessions ended because I want to keep up the good daily habit that those helped me form. There's a great range and choice of workouts on this channel with the option to swap-in exercises or add kettlebells etc too. And I find Joe a really good cheerleader; the fact he's doing them in real-time and being 'real' about them is so motivating - he cheers me up and makes me laugh! Thanks Joe!
