Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.

I’ve written no more than five comments in social media my entire life. I had to comment on this podcast and say Mel, please bring him back. I could not get enough of him. He is brilliant!

Can we add in that this will never work with narcissists? They will not respond in any positive way, with any technique I have tried. After years of mental abuse by an emotionally void, mentally immature man, I just had to leave. I was always calm and I was told I was being crazy and demanding and that I never listened. This only works with people who want to better their relationships.

This man is brilliant. I need to listen to him in my sleep and retrain my brain so his approach to situations become instinctual to me like the are to him. Thank you for hosting Jefferson! i can’t wait to get his new book.

This man is 100% dedicated and invested into helping people truly make changes that will last a lifetime. I am so grateful that you chose to schedule him as a guest. He leads by example and we can all learn something from him. I have been nice my entire life, and I can't tell you how many people have drained me and tried to make me bitter. I always choose to rise above, but what he has demonstrated will make me even stronger. ❤🙌💪

Fascinating how much of conflict is really just misdirected fear or insecurity. It’s almost like emotional aikido (redirecting the energy rather than absorbing or resisting it).

In a world full of negativity and people who encourage others to indulge in negativity and hurting others, this is refreshing. Spread positivity and love, not hate or animosity. We need positivity more than ever

How often you take things personally is how much grace you choose to give other people. Wow, that's deep. I needed to hear this. Thanks.

I recently had to let go of a friendship with someone who repeatedly disrespected, gaslit and would give silent treatment (all self absorbed narcissistic behaviors) - I used some tactics like this but with no resolution so I had to distance myself- peaceful since then. ❤
