So needed this today! Literally came across it as I was stretching after my climbing session. I irritated my hip flexor doing a high foot/pistol squat while climbing. This gave me some relief! Thank you!!

Ty for all you show it truly helps. I’ve suffered with back pain for years. I’m only 34 but my back is super super bad I have bad Scoliosis. I haven’t been able to afford a back dr so I’ve just dealt with the pain. A few of the techniques you have shown have truly helped. Especially the one where your standing up to help your whole back. Thank you again sir you help so many!!

Love all the videos, Can you get a 2nd camera angle on some of these stretches? Sometimes it's tough seeing the full exercise from one angle.

I did this in physical therapy and it helped. It takes some practice, at least for me it did.
