Whenever I'm in a calorie deficit, these are my low calorie food items 🍗

Chicken Breast:
- One of the leanest and cheapest proteins you can get
- Super low fat
- Easy way to hit your protein in-take
- If you want to fit your indulgences, then chicken breast is a great source of food to save on carbs and fats while allowingy you to hit your protein.

Pumpkin
- Something I discovered during my 6 week Rapid Fat Loss phase on 1400 calories
- Super delicious, and super low calorie
- I honestly couldn't tell the difference between pumpkin and sweet potato after a while - and it's lower calorie than sweet potato itself 😂

Greek yoghurt
- Great source of protein
- Low fat
- Low calorie and high volume
- Tastes like ass by itself 🙂

Actual, classic Greek yogurt is actually relatively high in fat - made of full fat milk or even cream. Non-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt is indeed non-fat or low-fat. But the mere fact that a yogurt is "Greek yogurt" or made through the Greek-style yogurt making process does not necessarily make it low in fat.

I eat plain Greek yoghurt by itself every single day. I have it on the side with lunch. Alternatively you can make something called mast o khiyar, an Iranian dish, which is Greek yoghurt mixed with finely chopped cucumber and garlic, dill or mint, salt to taste and and a bit of water to get it to your preferred consistency. I also make drinks with it (called dogh in Persian or Laben in Arabic) which is just Greek yoghurt mixed with water and mint + salt to taste.

When it comes to pumpkin, make sure watch out for the pumpkin type. The little green in that sells in U.S.A is Japanese Squash, the one that taste sweet and has a texture like chestnut, thos are about 94 kcal per 100 g instead of 26 kcal. So if you eat let's say 500 g of those, make sure you use the correct data to avoid over count or under count your intakes.
