Whenever I'm in a calorie deficit, these are my go-to low calorie food items PART 5 🐟

Canned Tuna
- Lots of different flavours
- Spring water tuna chunks has nearly 0 fats
- Can be used for making heaps of recipes
- Can be eaten as is for easy protein

Konjac Noodles
- Practically 0 calories
- Simulates noods
- Can absorb the flavour of sauces if cooked correctly
- Super filling
- Comes in different noodle types for different noodle dishes

Low Fat Mayo
- Practically 0 fat for some brands
- Not as delicious as normal mayo but does the job
- Overall great for a mayonnaise alternative as it's waaaay less calories
- I use it on sandwiches, mixing it with other sauces, and recipes

U should try this tuna recipe
Get olive oil/garlic flavor tuna
Put in plate smash with fork 😏
Chop up a tomato thinly like little squares (u can use half depends on presence)
Chop up onion thinly like really little squares ( u can use half depends on preference)
Chop op some jalapeños to make it spicy
Squeez half a lemon
Then season with salt and pepper
I like to eat this with bread but u can use a fork

Only thing with tuna is you have to be wary of mercury poisoning with high consumption . I have it 1-2 times per week

You can make a nice, low calorie lunch out of 2 5 oz cans of tuna, and egg, and seasoning of your choice. You just mix that in a bowl, form little mini patties, pan fry them, then either dip or eat as is. Not super high volume but could work well as an additive with a shake or something

Tuna
Canned corn
Jalapeños
McCormick light mayo (has to be mccormick)
And cut up onions

Mix it all together and out it on a low calorie tostada, add some hot sauce if you want. Tastes delicious and it doesn’t even feel like you’re cutting

Great tips! You can make relatively low cal mayo/creamy dressing yourself in a nutribullet (couple eggs + olive oil). You can pack it with salt and lemon and herbs and get more flavor out of the calories compared to using a bunch of bland sauce imo.

Konjac noodles have a funny smell\taste, & texture. One needs to treat to get rid of the smell & allow the noodle extra water to evaporate while cooking with a sauce after boiling. I've never had it straight without adding flavor. I've read tips saying to not eat konjac if your gut isn't well hydrated or already backed up. And don't eat too much of it too soon. If you don't know look it up 1st. Otherwise it's a good low calorie & low-carb food alternative.
