For me, removing junkfood from my diet actually helped me appreciate normal food way more.
A couple of months in and I don't even really like chips or sweets anymore. You can get awesome tasting stuff just by knowing what spices to use.

Ik a lot of people aren’t down to try any of these, and I agree the unhealthier version always tastes the best (the healthier options do taste really nice tho), but I really recommend the frozen grapes. I usually freeze my grapes and blend them with a bit of coconut water to make grape sorbet. Definitely better, and easier to make, than regular sorbet, and you can add coconut milk into it for a more creamier version!

As someone who hates hummus, tries it every few years to make sure I still don’t like it, and still hates it, I reccomend switching your chips w carrot chips or cucumber slices but keeping the chip dip. For a lot of people it’s hard to go 100%, so go 80% and go 80% 100% of the time and you will see major improvements in your life as opposed to 100% 20% of the time

Some of these I wouldn't really try, but frozen grapes are top tier.. I recommend them to anyone who hasn't tried them yet.. Literally the perfect snack

What is most important to remember is that these are all good foods. Unless a food is poisoned or your doctor said not to eat it because it can harm you or you’re allergic, these are all fine to eat. These things are snacks and enjoy them in moderation. If you have chips and dip, that’s okay.
If you’re craving a specific food and it’s “junk food” it is okay to have it. Because let’s be honest, chocolate almond milk will never satisfy a craving for Oreos.
