Probably the best ab routine I've seen.
So many of these routines put undue negative strain on the lower back. This dissolves a lot of that problem.

Brilliant. Totally agree - No BS video - no marketing hype! I do think you missed a trick on the very last exercise - the hanging knee tuck/leg raise. If you do middle/side/side ...middle/side/side you get lower abdominals plus external obliques (I do this regularly - it hurts good lol). As for the rest of the workout? Def gonna try it this week! Thank you for your time, energy and obvious discomfort.
