Before I found you I exercised with other workout videos on the YouTube and they didn't even make a small difference in my body. As someone who struggles with high cortizol levels, most hiit or cardio workouts are too intense for me. But not this one, this one is teh perfect intesity. I feel refreshed and energized, not exhausted. Thank you

I live a sedentary life with a 9-5 job and to be frank I wasn't moving that much at all for the past who knows how many months. During my first time following the workout I really struggled from the middle onwards, but I just did it the second time and I can't believe that I'm already able to go though it much more easily

I'm trying to do this for 20 days!!! (With other exercises)!!!
I do 2 short ab workouts, treadmill, inner thigh workout (sonetimes 2), aim for 7k steps a day, while trying to eat only 3 times a day with meals big enough to fill me. I usually do eat 2 times a day because that's how often i get hungry, but go ahead and eat 3 times a day. ❤😊

(10.15.24) My 2nd day of doing 2 of your excercise including this video and now my arms measurement became 28.5cm from 30.5. Waist from 34 down to 32.5. My belly looks like an airbag now but I guess it's part of the effect. My butt is still 37.5 but my thighs looks nicer, the cellulites started disappearing. Anyway, my only target for now is to make my arms thin because I looks like johnny Bravo with a very huge shoulder and small thighs and butt. Next time I will target my belly, then my butt.
