SUGAR FREE OIL FREE LADDU- It’s perfect for post workout, when you feel low energy; one laddu in and energy charged 🤗Recipe is simple -
- Take 1/4th cup of each - almond, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds
- and 2 tbs white sesame seeds
- first dry roast all nuts and seeds
- bring it down to room temperature
- in a chopper or mixer grinder take all the nuts and seeds
- add 3 cardamom powder
- grind all coarsely (DO NOT MAKE FINE POWDER)
-Churn 1/2 cup of seedless sticky dates
- add a pinch of salt (optional but it will enhance the taste)
- mix everything together and make the energy laddus.
- Store in fridge for 10 days in air-tight container
