This was amazing!! It's hard to find someone who ticks all these boxes;
- doesn't talk too much/OTT inspirational
- quick with minimal/no equipment
- preps you for the next workout
- has great upbeat but also chill music that changes down a pace in the cool down.

.. your channel does all of this!!

These standing workouts are so good for beginners and for those times when you feel the need for a workout but don't have quite have the stamina/will do a more intense workout. Today I combiined this workout with a hard core 20 minute workout from another channel which got my heart rate really high (165+ beats per minute). Then I did this workout and discovered that I retained the high rate from the prior workout. This workout felt like doing a cool down but with a very heart rate (max 170+ beats per minute). Needless to say I burnt a. lot of calories. A very good hack for those trying to lose weight and are used to HIIT.
