I have fibromyalga and also plus size (working on losing weight). I get a lot of pain in my hips and back. And this session really helped! I felt such a relief in my hips. I love your teaching and I just subscribed ❤️

Supine twist is the one pose I need to really work on. Any tips? I can never get my knee to the ground without my back coming up. 😭 great sequence birdy! Xoxo namaste 🙏🏻

That was amazing! I have a really tight right side of my groin and it always feels it’s about to click or “snap” when I go into lunges, runners pose, runners stretch etc etc. I am working through your hip opening videos and they have helped me tremendously!! I love these stretching exercises. I do them to the best of my ability. But I'm only 3 months after a knee replacement.
Hip muscles got tight and twisted a little, uneven hip height. I believe this is the way. Thank you.
