Ok team, todays Upper Body Workout is designed to target the Chest and Back with a series of strength exercises. Using dumbbells only for resistance this is an upper body workout you can do from home or anywhere with minimal equipment. Each circuit includes chest and back exercises that will help tone and build strength in the upper body. Grab your weights and lets gooooo! #upperbodyworkout #workout #HomeWorkout

Started last week of Monday early & loved it :)
When I first started exercising with you 3 years, I couldn't do scapular squeeze w/ weights - since starting back after a long break, I'm now up to 2.5kg per arm :) Small wins!!

This one went on SO quickly!! Some of my fav arm moves in here! Love doing the chest press, always makes me feel so strong 💪
NSV, I managed all 3 sets of the moving push ups without going on my knees! The first time I ever encountered those I really struggled so delighted to get through them 😊

Heather, I've been working out with you since the early days of the pandemic. I don't jump on here very often but after today's upper body workout, I realize I am remiss in telling you how much this program has changed my body shape. I love mixing it up. I have no preference over repeats vs no repeats and I just love the fact that I am not making up the routine on my own...you are telling me what to do. Having said that, I often go for the low impact moves and some compound moves I'm just not ready for...yet! Your programs really allow me to mix it up and keep my body surprised and challenged. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
