EPIC UPPER BODY WORKOUT - Powerful Push & Pull | EPIC III Day 2

Day 2 and we are 100% going to target those shoulders, back, chest, biceps and triceps with dumbbells and some bodyweight exercises with as always, a focus on the control to intensify the workout to promote strength gains and hypertrophy!

The timer will be on throughout this entire workout for 40 seconds each exercise and 20 seconds rest!

Every exercise will be performed for 2 sets apart from the push up variations! Those will be performed for only the 1 set!

For this workout, you will simply need a pair of dumbbells and your mat!

I am using 2 pairs of dumbbells, the heavier being 17.5kg each and the lighter pair is 8kg.

Yes! By the time we reach the curls, our arms will have to fight for each rep!

Maintain good form towards the end and if it means pausing that’s fine! I definitely paused to make perfect reps instead of using momentum to push through!

Back, chest, arms and shoulders… day 2 will be complete!! You can do this!!!

This must be the killer upper body workout that Caroline mentioned in her QandA video! It certainly looks like a killer...all our favourite upper body exercises are here and plenty of push ups mixed in throughout! I can’t wait to do it! Hi Caroline and everyone...just finished...what a fantastic upper body workout! I used my band...I have a purple one just like yours Caroline...which is hard...and my 8 kg dumbbells! Then I did the biceps add on as I wanted to really challenge myself! Now I can hardly type properly...my arms are finished! Lovely and sunny here...Rachel and I will go for a walk after breakfast! I really appreciate the movements using a different weight being grouped together, because I only have a pair of changeable weights and it makes it so much easier to only have to change them over once a workout!

Everybody is amazed about her workouts. The complexity, the way she combines all those exercises, the way she makes you exceed your limits…is amazing! Just finished and absolutely loved this workout - the time went so quickly. Yesterday was tougher - leg days always are for me. Superb colour of Caroline's outfit and the flowers of course. So much attention to detail and I really appreciate all the time and effort that goes into producing these programmes.

I love the combination of dumbell exercises with variations of push ups, makes the workout much more interesting and felling the burn in all upper body muscles. It was pure joy to end this workout and push myself to the end, i'm pretty sure that is my fav upper body workouts from all of CG epics.

I absolutely loved leg workout yesterday.. It was fun doing it even though intense.. Can't wait to do this upper body workout today.. It has so many variations targeting all muscles of the upper body.. Those push-ups in between definitely going to make it fiery 🔥 Thank you so much Caroline for this another great program!!
