Hey Team Everydaywarrior - 40 MIN Upper Body Workout - Arms & Shoulders, let's go!
Are you ready for a new Arms | Shoulder | Core Burn?
You wished for more "Workouts" with Repeat, there we go.

As always, focus on yourself - make every single workout your own challenge.
There are always ways to modify, such as slowing down, resting more, no jumping switching or dropping your weights for example.

The weights I used: 2x 7,5 kg and 2x 6 kg (for your reference).
I let you know during the Video when I use the lighter weights then. I start with 7,5 kg.

00:00 - 00:08 Intro
00:10 - 04:16 Warm Up
04:22 - 38:02 Workout (45 sec ON, 15 sec off - 2 sets of each exercise)
39:28 - 43:23 Finisher (8x 20 sec ON | 10 sec off)
43:36 - 48:08 Cool Down

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR own. Also make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to rest some more when you need to. 🙏🏼

Equipment: 2x Dumbbells - mine are 2x 7,5 and 2x 6 kg each (I recommend Hexagon Dumbbells)

Cannot wait to do this tomorrow 😍 I have been only doing home workouts for the past 3 yrs now, including nearly all your videos! Yesterday I went back to the gym (out of curiosity) and I could not believe how strong I was! I used to do bench press with 10 kg, now I did with 23 kg easily… so thank you Kaykay, please never stop uploading videos 😍

Liebe Kathrin, ich Upper Body Workouts und dies war nun das erste von dir, dass ich ausprobiert habe. So viele tolle Übungen drin, die mich gefordert haben und mir dann ein ganz großes Lächeln auf mein Gesicht gezaubert haben.
