Are you ready for a new Arms | Shoulder | Core Burn?
You wished for more "Workouts" with Repeat, there we go.
As always, focus on yourself - make every single workout your own challenge.
There are always ways to modify, such as slowing down, resting more, no jumping switching or dropping your weights for example.
The weights I used: 2x 7,5 kg and 2x 6 kg (for your reference).
I let you know during the Video when I use the lighter weights then. I start with 7,5 kg.

00:10 - 04:16 Warm Up
04:22 - 38:02 Workout (45 sec ON, 15 sec off - 2 sets of each exercise)
39:28 - 43:23 Finisher (8x 20 sec ON | 10 sec off)
43:36 - 48:08 Cool Down
Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR own. Also make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to rest some more when you need to. 🙏🏼
Equipment: 2x Dumbbells - mine are 2x 7,5 and 2x 6 kg each (I recommend Hexagon Dumbbells)
