Bootcamp #14 already!
This one is a 10 minute defined six-pack workout again since I got a lot of requests for more core workouts!
As always: form over reps! Aim for perfect form on every rep. If you can't do it, do an easier version or pause the video, or just simply rest a few seconds and then keep going again.
This one is taxing on the hip flexors a lot, but also overall abs.
