Yeah, but as soon as you let go, the recompression starts. That's why I hang from the bar all day. I work from home and have everything I need within reach, so I never have to let go. My spine has been decompressing since 1985, and I've gained 15 inches in height.

I've been struggling with back pain for 18 months. Dozens of medical tests, 3 chiros, 2 physical therapists, 2 primary care doctors, 2 sports medicine doctors, a spine specialist...did not help at all. I suspected it was a spinal compression problem, but after watching a number of videos like this, I started treating it like a spinal stability problem. I did farmers' walks with a trap bar and 135 lbs. It was really light weight, but my spine felt really unstable. A few days later, I did it with 225 and I felt instant relief after doing approximately 150 steps. I began alternating Framers Walks with suitcase carries (100 Lbs dumbell). After about 2 months this, I still have problems, but I am much better.
