THIS IS I have been in so much pain from sciatica the past few weeks. I've tried SOOO many different stretches and exercises, none of them gave me relief for more than 5-10 mins. This one I did with 20lbs on each side, it was okay.. but then I put 30lbs on each side and I felt a slight pop. Sciatica gone! THANK YOU!!! I hang on my inversion table and shake my upper body. I think it should be equally effective. Disc is bothering me currently so I will try both ways

This one worked for me instantly, been dealing with low back pain for a few days now that popped up while bending over emptying the dishwasher and I feel great now!
Once I did the wiggle after getting all the weight on my arms, It felt like my lower body descended an entire inch as the spine decompressed, felt so good! Walking straight like a champion again hahah! Awesome part of youtube :)

I just did this at the gym omg lol I never heard my back crack so loud ever lol As soon as I as got up some guy next to me was like dude I want to try that lol

I did something similar to this and my lower back cracked really loudly and hurt like hell for about 15 seconds…afterwards, my back felt really good and the pain relief lasted a very long time…like 6 or 8 months.
I have had spinal surgery in 1992 & in 93, that saved me from a lifetime in a wheelchair, after many years, my back has become sore and constantly painful, so I do know the many different levels of pain.
This was good for me. I recommend warming up, loosening your muscles by heat and stretching and massage first, if you can.

I use this stretch all the time minus the weights. Learn to control your upper vs lower back muscles and stand next to your counter facing it palms down. Straighten your arms and take the weight off your feet into your upper back. Slowly loosen your lower back and just slightly move your hips. Your lumbar will thank you.

I understood that logic ages ago. I tied up my legs to a very heavy sofa while lying down and pull outwards with all my strength.
Pain gone in a day after suffering for month and heaps of money spend on physiotherapists.

This hit this spot I’ve been looking for. I also use a Nubax which is great, but combined with this and Jefferson curls on a slant board have got my lower back feeling a lot better post being a competitive powerliftee
