omg! YOu guys are hilarious...using a lot of your tips and advice on myself and the students in my small gymnastics club. I have lots of muscular issues having always led a physically active lifestyle but as I am learning now, I did not move very efficiently thus I am having to deal with some sort of spinal rotation/leg descrepancy thing although I am confused as to where to start. Cervical, thoracic, lumbar, pelvic... it all seems distorted and outa whack...I will post again when i get to those sections... by the way... this exercise has helped immensely
