I use several of them, garlic, magnesium glycinate, Vitamin C, D3/K2, B complex. My BP still runs a little high. I found if I do 5 minutes of box breathing before taking my BP it temporarily lowers my BP. Box breathing is inhaling for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4 seconds and then hold 4 seconds.

What about Flaxseeds? I found having 1-2 tablespoons a day (on yoghurt) really benefits my blood pressure

Everything is good, melatonin I'd say is a varies on the person since you don't want to be dependent on it just to sleep. Magnesium and potassium should provide a more natural effect similar to melatonin albeit not as strong.

Great comprehensive review on these supplements! Since suffering from severe neuropathy from Statins. I use all these supplements in moderation, while eating the whole foods that contain these factors. Presently I am concerned about oxalates build up in my body, and learning how to decrease this condition slowly. So far, I recovered approx from a super low 3% strength/stamina situation to 25%, with a gain about 1% per day. I really want to get a better feel for appropriate dosages of these supplements. I do not trust the label instructions. Anyone who knows "Lather. Rinse Repeat." Knows that manufacturers manipulate us with label instructions. How much should a person take when supplementing?

Hello, I am following from Morocco. I have severe pain at the bottom of my entire foot. It was initially in the heel, then it spread to the arch and then the ball of the foot.
