1. High Insulin and low salt drive up aldosterone too high.
2. Aldosterone is a hormone that tells kidneys to hold onto extra fluid and salt.
3. High blood pressure comes from the extra fluid. Not bc eating salt.
4. Lowering salt causes body to hold onto salt more aggressively by triggering more aldosterone.
5. 3 best foods to outsmart aldosterone and lower insulin are high in salt, fat and protein - pork belly, eggs(extra yolks), sardines.

This video increased my blood pressure a lot when there was 7 secs left and she had not even started mentioning those 3 foods - sardines, eggs and pork belly. 🤣

You know what raises my blood pressure? Hearing this advice and then hearing the polar opposite from people who I pay to monitor my health.

I’ve always been a no salt person but recently started using Celtic sea salt and my blood pressure is fine. I can’t believe I have lived my life without salt

LOVE sardines. Want to know a little secret. Eggs & sardines are delicious. Fry a little red onion with garlic & ground coriander (cilantro) throw in a large handful of baby spinach leaves. Cook for a minute. Pinch of salt. Add the sardines. Just let ‘em sit in pan to get warm. Cover 1 minute. Throw in eggs. Cover to how you like yr eggs. Sprinkle salt & pepper. A bit more baby spinach on top. Looks good. Serve with a drizzle of lemon. SOOO GOOD!

Ive had high blood pressure for years and every doctor told me to stay away from salt🤷‍♀️I bought celtic salt and have put it on everything i can put it on. My blood pressure is better and ive halved my meds so far😊

Thankyou again Dr Boz for sharing more life saving information. I had pain from arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, polymyalgia rheumatic and now do not take any painkillers and are coming off my metheltrixate. I still take b9 folate every day.I have always loved sardine. My father & I used to have them for lunch together. He lived to nearly 100. Now for breakfast I have sardines with lemon & freshly ground pepper straight out of the can. Love them, or canned red Salomon. It has improved my health. I seem to have a problem with egg whites, they make me vomit. I can eat yokes. I eat ground mince for lunch. I need to exercise more. So glad your house did not get flooded after Melton. I live in Australia & struggle on my own with what I call a fish/meat diet. I have been surprised how people judge you if you say the word carnivore. God bless you & your family. Keep up the good work.

I’ve just started this regimen mid November 2024. I’ve been doing so much better and more functional over the past two weeks. Blood sugar and blood pressure much improved. Craving for sweet food and carbs gone! I’m desperate to get off this terrible blood pressure medication for high aldosterone. I’m 70 and it’s my first medication. I hate it. Had three days over Thanksgiving that I didn’t need to take it. That’s an improvement in itself.

I healed myself of Aortic Valve Stenosis following a strict carnivore diet- this is true power!!! Eggs, pork sausage, bacon and tons of grass-fed butter. I had a Grade 5 murmur (very loud whooshing). Carnivore FOR LIFE!!!

Lack of movement also causes high blood pressure, one of the main drivers of it! Running, cycling, jump roping, burpees, hiit workouts can all solve this and prevent this from happening! 🙌🦅🦉🇵🇸

I thought I was crazy and rather not telling the doc, because I normally use very little salt because of my kidney problems. But last days I was longing for BRÜHE, like bouillon, merely salt with herbs and bit of vegetables and I felt so much better. And each team I eat like 6 fried eggs for breakfast, I feel better (ate more eggs than all colleques and hat better Cholesterin ratio) Now I understand what happened. Thanks. ❤

This all sounds crazy if you have been listening to food advice for the last 50 years. But she knows what she is talking about. In the last 50 years we have witnessed a pandemic of Obesity, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and dementia. We used to do bacon and eggs for breakfast 50 years ago, with plenty of salt.
