Hey EVERYBODY, This is great info! I would like to add BREATHING EXERCISES! I had a previously scheduled Dr. appointment/ lab test. I didn’t think they would take my blood pressure. I took a “stimulant “ b4 going there because I had to to work afterwards. My Blood Pressure was super high! They were gonna take me to the ER ! I said No, they said we’ll be back in 5 minutes! They turned off the lights in the room and said they would take my BP AGAIN! I did the 4 x4x 4 method! Breathe in 4 seconds, hold your breath 4 seconds, breathe out 4 seconds. It works but you need to do this exercise for at least 2-3 minutes. Blessed Be!

I would add lemons and garlic mix. I usually grate garlic and ginger mix 1 teaspoon with raw honey and swallow fast. I do this 4 mornings per week. On the other 3 days I drink a mixture of beet, berries and carrot juice. Cucumber, beet and pomegranate juice is also another beneficial juice.

BTW for pomegranate, it is the peel that contains the ellagitannins. So you might consider drinking tea made with pomegranate peel instead of eating the seeds

Cloves is my number one at all times. I boil a cup of water and I add 10 cloves and leave it for 5 minutes and then sip it. Sometimes I add tea bag and it works every time and I always have cloves at home. It helps me with toothache and also for fresh breath
