The one thing you got to love about the challenge is the evolution of added importance to the physical fitness you need to be in to the handle the daily challenges and the brutal finals.

I love that the coach mentioned NOT HURTING YOURSELF. Often times we push too hard. I am just restarting my fitness journey and this work out is KILLER :) I will be coming back in a few weeks! For now, my knees are weak asf! I need slow and control.

I am a brain injury survivor (ishemic/hemmoragic stroke) from a longboarding/snowboarding inciident in 2011. This was meant to be. Lunge with your legs like a frog in hall brawl. I work as a loader at Lowes and I know lunging with my legs while loading something will help lift it. I kind of like nail my feet in to the ground first before lunging though lol
