I’ve been overweight since I was a teenager, I’m 43 now. About a year ago I did a huge change to my diet and cut out about 95% of the processed grains and sugars I’d been consuming and about 2 months ago I started doing these workouts and for literally the first time in my life I can see definition in my abs. It’s never too late to get in shape, if I can do it so can you.

I first saw this ab workout back in the summer of 2023, back then I LITERALLY had no abs, i was just started with my fitness journey and my whole belly was just belly fat, I’ve now been doing this workout that not only burned soo much belly fat, but also gave me rock hard abs, thank you soo much for this workout I will be doing it for the rest of my life

This really feels like a good beginner workout. Some moves were more challenging than others (like touch the toes), but most were perfect and I certainly felt the burn and was a little sweaty by the end.

I’m loving this ab work out, I was 225 in February of 2024 now in August I’m down to 177 I’m too skinny now but I love the way I look. now I’m working on building muscle and my abs and this video definitely help get those tight abs
