Great video! Trusting your intuition is key because you don't want to invest in people who don't enrich your life. Also, people pleasing also leads nowhere. No one likes a people pleaser and most will not respect you. Bring your uniqueness to the table even if everyone is against you. "People laugh at me because I'm different. I laugh at them because they're all the same."

Thank you Thais, is really helpful video. Meditation really helps to be more in my body and be clear with my feelings. Sometimes I forget about myself specially with customers because of all designing I have to do for them and changes they are asking in the moment before making tattoo. Since last 2 months I started putting my boundaries in a great way of complication and is really great. Everyone understand and they are all sweet. There was fear of something that never existed. But swinging to the right way of putting boundaries was a difficult one. Yeah people pleaser is right about to change. And I love it. My energy and confidence is getting secure each time I do so. ❤

Great video, A month ago, my five-year relationship came to an end. I really can't stop thinking about the love of my life, who made the decision to leave me. I've done everything in my power to win him back, but it's all in vain, and I can't imagine my life with anyone else. I genuinely miss him and just can't stop thinking about him, even though I've tried my hardest to stop thinking about him. I'm not sure why I'm saying this here.

So there's the avoidant personality disorder and the dependent personality disorder. Isn't the dependent more likely to need outside decision making than the avoidant?

I hope I never date another FA. Shame they hide their destructive and selfish natures from you for so long! Thankfully the FA here are aware of their flaws and can hopefully heal and stop hurting other people.

Me FA and my ex DA broke up 5 months ago. 3 months after the break up, he met someone else and they started hooking up, which lasted for about a month. After he ended things with her, we started talking again and things were going well until i found out about the hook-ups. I'm really devasted and i don't know how to get past it. I love him and he loves me, but i feel like even though he didn't cheat, the dynamics of our relationship has somehow changed. I don't know if I'm overreacting or if it's a valid concern. I dont know if i can trust my judgement since my emotions are out of control. It's been a week and i can't stop crying and freaking out. I feel like I'm falling into a depression because of it and I don't know what to do.
