Incredible. They all say the same things, I’ve been researching this for a long time as a scapegoat and I STILL hear people saying new things that I myself have heard over and over. This is one of them. Really shows you that we are dealing with SPIRITS. It’s the same, over and over every single time. Leave them in the dust in Jesus’ name. Matt, knows what I went through during my childhood. I didn't know the word gaslighting then but I did know how much I disliked my sibling.

She was always using manipulattion tactics. But I won in the end, because I don't deal with her at all and not just me but her granddaughter as well keeps her distance. So guess who's burning for a relationship now! 👍🏽

It wasn't until I was about to leave I realized, with therapy, that he was telling me how I felt. Constantly. Telling me what I meant. Telling me my motives, it was awful and dehumanizing.

It’s when a person tells another person how you are feeling or what’s going through you head at any given moment. Without asking you. My sister does this and it’s annoying. I had to tell her on numerous occasions stop speaking for me you don’t know what I’m thinking. She’s overly extroverted and I’m highly introverted but damn let me gather my thoughts and formulate my answers. As to where she talks without thinking.🤦🏽‍♀️

My latest ex gf did this to me.. I know you better than you know yourself. And then she went on to accuse me of things I didn't even do. When I showed her that she was making stuff up, she told me facts don't matter what I should focus on is where her feelings were coming from.

It was constant gaslighting and I didn't know wtf was going on. After everything she never apologized to me even once. I was apologizing for losing my shit but she always gave me a generic sorry.. Once I asked her what she was sorry about, she said I need to let it go.

She also kept telling me how she's so much more emotionally intelligent than I am.

Honestly, it was one of the most bizarre experiences I've ever had in my entire life.
