I really like how the real time footage shows you getting fatigued and towards the end some of the reps are flawed (which is exactly what happens for me and pretty much everyone). Most workout summaries don't show this and aren't as realistic or relatable. This is super motivational 💕 I love it

i am 13, but I'm not very confident with my body, i tried this today, i managed the first 10 minutes, but then i stopped, i am going to do this everyday in my room, thanks for helping me make a change xxx

I'm 260 lbs right now (lost 5 pounds since 2 weeks ago) and this workout KILLED ME. I couldn't even finish it because i was so tired that I couldn't breath, but being the person I am, I'm not gonna let that stop me. My goal is to be able to do all the workout effortlessly like she did.

holy cow, this killed me! I've been alternating between this one and your 15 min ab workout. Your healthy way of living and your positive energy has really been an inspiration to me. So last week I quit smoking cigarettes, thank you for being a motivation to be kind to my body!

MODIFICATIONS that can help us work our way up to Sarah’s level 💪🏻

☝🏻 Circuit One ☝🏻
Jump Squats ➡️ Normal Squats
Push Ups ➡️ Push Up On Knees
Burpees ➡️ Step into the plank instead of jump into it (alternate which foot steps back first)
Star Sit Ups ➡️ Normal Sit Ups

✌🏻 Circuit Two ✌🏻
Skiers ➡️ Curtsy Lunges (step behind and across your opposite foot like a curtsy, alternate)
Bear Push Ups ➡️ Don’t go as low (shortening the lever reduces the resistance)
Roll Back Sit Ups ➡️ Boat to Low Boat
Froggies ➡️ Plié Squats

Been doing this faithfully for a few weeks almost a month and I’ve never seen such inane results so quickly! I’ve trimmed down and I’m still breaking a lot of sweat when I’m done! I don’t even take breaks anymore like my first two weeks 😊 I’ve never felt so confident and in control with a workout like I have with yours!

Ohh!! Literally dripping sweat! I can't believe I am this sweaty after only 15 minutes. Whew!! I stuck with the whole session and LOVED working out directly with Sezzy! I am totally incorporating this into my weekly HIIT sessions. This was wonderful as usual! Keep the amazing videos coming!!!!

Your videos have seriously changed my life! I started watching your videos 4/5 months ago and I'm so much healthier because of it, I would have always avoided circuit training before this and kept to weights (which I love) but now I love plyos and tuna, thank you for working so hard! x

I just died and I couldn't finish completely the 30 secs but did do all Circuits. I need a mat I did this on a rug that burned my knees ouch! I like your style new subbie here 👍👏🏻

I did this and in the thing when you jump up then do a push up I landed on my ankle then I went to the doctors the next day and it turned out I had broken my ankle but Great vid!!
