Can you make a video for students who are living in hostels? Because it really becomes a problem following a diet plan when it comes to living in hostel and eating mess food. It'll be really a good help.

As an 10th std Boy i can confirm The Rule 7 is very hard to perform we have to wake up at 5 am do exercise and leave for school at 6:30 am then after returning we have tution then we return at 6 pm then studies and dinner at 9 pm and sleeping at 11 pm quite tough,
I know some people will say we should eat early but my parents being both being working, its hard for my mom to make dinner before 8:30 -9 pm 😢
