So glad I found your channel, Chibs. Love the way you've explained breathing techniques that help one better understand how important it is to exhale deeply and that the out breath is more important than the in. I was breathing in deeply and getting more stressed but now that I've found your channel, I've reversed that and become more calm. I had anxiety at the nail salon. It was terrible, I found your video and I started listening to it with my headphones it helped incredibly. I replayed it through out the appointment and all those feelings disappeared. Thank you so much
