Thanks! My favorite and very helpful low back exercise first thing in the morning is to lay on my back, knees bent, legs together, and slowly shift my knees from one side to the other. Repeat 10- 20 times.

6 months ago i couldn’t walk without a walker. Today thanks to your exercises and following workouts with Lacey at The Shed Movement on YouTube i am walking up to 2 miles a day without assistance.. Thank You! 😊
