If you can’t do 4 sets lower them to 2 sets. Injuring yourself is something you don’t want. Don’t push yourself to hard. You are not weak but will eventually be even more stronger, just be patient💪

I’m gonna be honest, I’ve been following your workouts for a few weeks started with a level 1 dumbbell stomach workout and it was only yesterday I thought I’d give your arm workout a go, before my buffing workouts were an absolute mess and I was barely making any progress with myself, this video really helped and I’m already seeing far better results, especially on my biceps and that’s what I was looking for and I just wanna say thanks a lot, your workouts are some of the best to follow Simple, Quick, Straight to the point no bs, and very informative
