I hate my job so I decided to do some sports and be a personal trainer.

I watched this and I tried everything like in this video, and now I did it!! I don't need to work for them anymore, cuz I broke my bones at the chairs exercise and they kicked me out.

I am so thankful for this video ❤️

Dr Neal is right, years ago I took a flight from South Africa to Zimbabwe. It was not a simply process. This was an amazing discussion. I want to see more of this. No hype, just honesty dealing with this issues.

No offense but this list can be way better:
*Chair dips
* Diamond Pushups
For arms
*Pike Pushups
*Sudo planche Pushups
For shoulders
*Decline Pushups
*Deep pushups ( put something elevated under each of your hands to have a more deep Pushup to target more chest)
For chest
* Knee raises on chairs
*Plank
*Russian twist
For abs
*Super man's
* Reverse snow angels
*Bodyweight rows
For back
*Calve raises on a stair case
*Explosive squats
*Explosive lunges
*Bulgarian split squats
* Nordic curls
Legs
And ofcourse some cardio like running, jumping or Burpees

Make sure to put some heavy weights on the chairs before doing these exercises else physics will be a bitch 😂

Perhaps for inverted row, we can change it to ground pull up using towel or resistance band, and perform like we do back extension. For dips using chair, perhaps we can use the lower seat section. Still using chair, but we place our hands onto its seat. Don't use on the top head chair. If we worry about our injuries.
