Greetings, I woke up feelin outta sorts, and knew I needed to practice Qigong. I paused the video several times, and extended the reps of each movement. After that I started Feeling Wonderful, Happy and Blessed. I just clocked in for my shift feeling Grateful I have a Job! I am so Thankful & Grateful for these QiGong videos You are sharing with the World.
