A lot of people don't know this, but there are people who are literally unable to visualize or think with images (called Aphantasia.) It can be extremely discouraging for a meditation newbie like me who just wants to feel calm and peace but every guru wants me to envision a "bright light" in every single audio it seems. BUT this is one of the visualization meditations I've found (I've only found two out of like a million) that actually suggests an alternative which was to imagine vibration instead of a light. It might sound simple but I've never thought to do that before and found this effective. Thank you for considering this sensory idea in place of the light (because the light just makes me angry because I can't "see" it!!)
