18 aug =started today
25 Aug =slightly difference
1 September = same difference
8 September = can see difference now
The jaw is more prominent, and the cheeks are reduced a bit
15 September:same update
22 September can see visible difference because of X'O exercise

No cap did face exercises for a couple of days and face is looking subtly different jus keep doing it everyday and work out you’ll see results faster

This does actually work. I have been mewing for over two years. I have started doing the puffy fish exercise for 2-3 months now and my cheeks seemed to have gotten tighter and more defined
