Here's a quick and effective Abs workout you can do at home to get the so-called "Six Pack".

Many people refer to them as "Abs" although the truth is that we all have Abs :) It's just that either the fat layer is too big, or the Abs muscles are too small - and they can't be seen.

This is a fast home workout, and in 6 minutes you can do the work that others do in 30 minutes!

To the once you wonder if ut works: This workout helps a lot guys. I have been doing these exercises for the past couple of days and I can see slowly some abs being formed. It really works. I will also change my eating habit so I can have pemanet result. Thank you for the exercises.

Hi Roberta! I’m a big fan of your workouts. I currently go to the gym five days a week, plus I use my Total Gym most days as well. I’m always researching good workouts that are short in length that can still provide maximum results. My abs have always been my weak point, even though I’m pretty fit. Another good workout. Is ok to work abs daily? I would do this daily. Not too hard but I still felt the burn.

I love this work out I do it 2 times I try for 3!!But not there yet! Within a week you can see your abs forming !!!!
