50 gm soy = 25
250 gm milk = 8
150gm dahi = 6
100 gm paneer = 18
1 bowl chana = 5 -8
1 bowl daliya = 5-8
2 brown bread = 6
1 spoon peanut butter= 3-4. / homemade
Min 5 roti = 15

Total = 92-98 gm protein

If u r begginer then this is sufficient for a 70 -80 kg person for 1-2 year

If not or go to advance then add 250 gm milk more and 50 gm soy = 30 gm

And if this is not sufficient then

If your body want more protein for recover
Then add - high quality isolate protein = 25 gm

In vegetarian this is the perfect diet if you add more quantity then it can cause for digestion problems

Unsweetened milk powder (not sponsored) -

Also one mistake, since curd is 3% protein.. meaning each 100g curd gives 3g protein. So in order to get 6g protein from curd you need to eat 200g.
