Yes, it's definitely challenging to commit to and always remember meditation in a formal set time manner. So it's nice to hear you say that it's okay to just do it whenever we remember it too. Much easier to commit to meditation that way, even for a few minutes ❤️

Yes, I do meditate in the morning in bed and at night. Either in the morning, or at night before bed.

I meditate anytime of the day! This morning I meditated for about an hour and then did the wim hof breathing method before my shower (starting with a hot and ending cold water) I then I need session on insite timer and did a live breathing/meditation. Now.for breakfast and my Macha green tea🤗

I haven't been consistent with time of meditation. I put it in when my schedule is quiet with no interference.

As a Taoist Monk of 50 plus years..I started my day with 1 hour practice..3 times a day. Prioritized my Life. NO REGERTS.
