Absolutely loved this! Just on a short holiday in the mountains in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 and got outside to do this and felt AMAZING! Eternally grateful SM Team and Gabo 🙏🏻💙🙏🏻

I will definitely be trying this yoga routine today and implementing it in my overall workout routine. The mixture of a workout and pushing one’s limits, mentally and physically, tempered by mindfulness and coupled with getting to know one’s self is attractive, potent and exhilarating.
