Was a challenge to get out of bed at 0445 but yoga first thing in the morning is the best way to start the day, especially when rewarded with corny Tim jokes! 💓Ollie

Returning to this class in week 2. Favourite bits 1) Ollie barking at you when you talk to him 2) Recycled joke from last year 3) Surprise mini rant about phone/desk/chair posture bores. You're the best.

I do plan on getting all 30 days done before the 2024 challenge ;) I think you are great - very gentle and a true yogi. Refreshing when the internet if full of false promises and unhealthy messages about being "healthy."

I love this challenge. Thank you. Last year day by day you conscious was guessing to what I wanted to do (Assana wise this sound so bad really). This year I a threading uncharted waters. It's harder diffrent and refreshing. Thank you.

That was intense but I liked it. I normally do this after Pilates and a workout and I feel like God mode for the whole day.
