Wow this was one of my favorite classes yet! My hamstrings really needed this, I love how you can make a whole sequence focused on stretching a specific part of the body, really gives that part of the body the extra love and appreciation it deserves ! Thank you so much doron! My hamstrings are super tight, I'm practicing this class a lot and it's helping big time. It's so much fun to practice with you. It really speaks for you as a teacher that you are so good at the asanas but still you are not taking it too serious and have made it your identity. Only if you can make that balance, your are a true yoga master.

I really love this practice! I am doing it at least twice a week sometimes 3x and I always feel an elevated sense of self mastery. What seemed nearly impossible a month ago is very doable now. Thanks a lot!

I really love this video, I practice follow many video to stretch my hamstring but this one gave me the most result. I never imagined that I can do Hanuman before but with this one my butt can touch the floor.
