Phew! I think it’s safe to say I found most of that challenging! My favourite part of the class was when you said “these will get easier, it doesn’t matter if you only do one or two” - you were obviously watching me!!! I’ll be back…xx

Day 3 - Forearm Plank, real progress, if you ignore the grunting. Hover Legs - still very very challenging but hopeful. Boat - unusually for me, my legs trembled violently in Full Boat so I stayed in Half Boat. Must have been my core complaining after all the previous exercises!

Day 13 and it’s definitely getting easier! To anyone who has tried this video and thought ‘nah, can’t do that’, I would say give it a go every other day. Be patient and kind to yourself, it does get easier and I’m feeling so much stronger and more stable around my core. Love it! And Tina, you are such an inspiration when you say “I come into my room and do these tummy toning exercises every morning”. 😘👏👏
