I used to be a dancer, and now three kids later my core is basically nonexistant. It is mildly depressing but your reminders at the end of "I am where i need to be" were very helpful! Thank you!

I just had my 3rd baby 6 weeks ago and I just decided to start getting back into yoga... I only had 10 minutes before baby started fussing so this was perfect! I hope I can get somewhat back to what I was before... I know it's not going to be an overnight success.. it feels like I'm starting all over again but I'm at the perfect place to start! 3 months postpartum. This 10 minute yoga session gives me motivation to get back into yoga because most days I can only afford that much time. I love how yoga makes me feel and some days I crave to do it but can't take the time out. Thanks for this video!

Thank you for this! At 7 weeks post partum this yoga routine that would’ve been very easy for me during pregnancy was challenging for my core. It’s great to have safe workouts to ease back into getting fit.

Hi SarahBeth,

I am very happy that I discovered your channel. I just purchased a mat, straps and blocks. I believe that yoga will help me tremendously. I am a 57 y/o male that needs to stretch and become flexible. To this point in life, all my exercise has been focused on contracting muscles (weights, walking, etc.) and not stretching muscles. I hope to do your 10 minutes series twice per day until I work through all of them. Then on to 15, 20, and 30 minutes. I hope that I stick with it ! Thank you so much for your efforts in creating such a great channel.
