I love, love, love these. Thank you so much for making this 10 day challenge. I have tried for years (truly) to come up with some sort of schedule trying to use the different exercise routine you have made. But, you did this instead, and “bam” I have a schedule to follow! love the timer and the standing exercises. Age and car accident prevent me from floor workouts. But your variety have kept me from needing the floor workouts and keeps me in shape. Thank you for what you do for us.
